    dated decor

    Feeding highland cows delightfully

Isla, our host, was a good presence, offering personalized suggestions and warm conversation.

The room was comfortable, yet slightly dated in decor. We had a minor hiccup with the window not fully closing, which let in a bit of the evening chill.

We were in a hurry, so stayed here only for 1 night, nevertheless everything was good. Liked staying at the double room with nice view. Location: the hotel was next to a wonderful farm, a hill overlooking Loch Ness and nearby farms and nice pubs. Also, it was 3 km from Village Green.

    Couldn’t fault!

Highland cow feeding = best surprise!

We stumbled upon this cute place and boy, were we kinda surprised! Feeding the Highland cows was such a nice treat. Breakfast was plentiful and delish. We got packed lunches for our hike. Just wish there were more menu options for dinner. It was a lovely experience overall.

    heated floors
    unique decor
    serene environment
    shower pressure

Staying at the Drumbuie was wonderful. The beautiful double room was cozy with beautiful views over the loch. The heated bathroom floor was a touch of luxury. Breakfast included a fantastic vegetarian haggis, and the host even provided freshly baked cookies in our room. I particularly enjoyed the serene environment and the unique decor that added character. The shower pressure could be better, and there was no place to hang the towel in the bathroom. My only other concern was that the hot water was inconsistent. The warm and accommodating atmosphere made up for these minor issues.

Interactive animal experiences, scenic farm location, cozy and quirky decor

Housekeeping could use more attention to detail, especially with fresh towels!!! Shower temperature control is an awkward experience that really detracts from comfort!!! Evening access to common areas feels overly restricted!!! Guests may feel the distance to local amenities too far!!!

    great view
    comfy room
    friendly host
    weak shower
    thin curtains

The view from the farm is just beautiful, and feeding the highland coos was such a fun experience! The breakfast was an epic scottish full fry, and our room was really comfy and quiet. We loved the cozy guest lounge and all the character it had. The host was super friendly.

the shower could use a bit more pressure, and the curtains in our room weren't dark enough, so we woke up to sunlight way too early.

    heated floor
    freshly baked cookies
    gps confusion

Waking up to the stunning views of the loch was like magic, and the heated floor in the bathroom was such a nice touch! You can relax in the cozy guest lounge or enjoy some freshly baked cookies in your room. Just be sure to check which Drumbuie property you’re heading to, as the GPS may point you to the wrong one! 😊
